Agreka Build and the Biorenewables Development Centre have been awarded £111K in funding under the prestigious Royce’s Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) Round 5. This funding award will enable us to develop and apply a bio-based, biodegradable coating for our flagship WHEATEX insulation material, sourced from renewable materials and ensured to meet the high standards required for sustainable, modern construction.

Agreka Build is now an official partner of the Greenest House Initiative, a pioneering project led by Office Ten Architecture, a London-based practice known for its dedication to the quiet power of preservation and renewal. The Greenest House project offers an innovative solution to the UK's housing shortage by upgrading and retrofitting existing terraced homes rather than demolishing them.
